Forgot password ? Do not panic. Contact your system administrator if you do not have the administrator privilege or do not know the administrator password. Otherwise, if you do have access to the Administrator account, you may use the Proteg Manager application to disable the respective Proteg-enabled user account and Proteg-enable the said account again. If the method described above does not work for you, we can help you regain access to your Proteg-enabled user account in a secured manner by following 3 simple steps listed below. STEP ONE Fill out the form below as accurate as possible.
Note : All inputs are
case sensitive. STEP TWO Once you have received the password, login (press CTRL-ALT-DEL at the logon screen) to the emergency account by typing "proteg_emergency" as the user name and the password you received. STEP THREE Run Proteg Manager application. Disable your Proteg-enabled user account (the one which you have forgotten the password) and enter a new Windows password. You may Proteg-enable this account again by going through the enabling process (see our User Guide).
